Drift Radio is a shared space.

When using the service, don't harass, threaten, impersonate, deliberately disrupt, spam, or otherwise abuse other drifters or the service itself.

Don't use Drift Radio for unlawful activity or to interfere with the operation of the service or Drift Protocol.

There are intentionally few rules. Please use some judgement.

Drift Radio may assign you a temporary nickname, or you may choose to use or register one.

Registering a nickname does not give you ownership of that name. A registered nickname is not an account, identity, trademark, or permanent reservation. Drift Radio reserves the right to remove or make a registered nickname unavailable.

You are responsible for keeping your nickname secret and for anything done while using it.

Drift Radio provides a directory and player for third-party radio streams.

We do not control these radio stations or their streams. A station may be unavailable, go offline, change its content, or disappear without notice.

Drift Radio does not guarantee that any particular station will always be available or that its stream will always work.

Third-party radio stations are responsible for their own content and services.

Drift Radio is provided as is.

The service may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time.

A radio station may be offline. Drift Protocol may be taken down for maintenance. Features may change or disappear. Things may break.

This is an experimental project, and there is no guarantee of continuous availability or uninterrupted operation.

Drift Radio is a work in progress.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, including Drift Space, Drift Protocol, and other parts of the service, at any time.

We may also update these Terms as the project evolves. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Drift Radio is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be accurate, reliable, secure, available, or free from errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Drift Radio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

This includes interruptions, unavailable radio streams, lost nicknames, service changes, or other issues arising from the use of Drift Radio.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
